Antenatal Package

  • 6 visits £1200 - up to two hours per visit
  • 12 visits £2400 - up to two hours per visit
  • Can be paid in 3 or 6 monthly instalments

One off Antenatal Appointment £180

  • Lasting 1 hour

What to expect at your appointments:

  • Thorough physical examination - including blood pressure monitoring, urine testing, palpation and measurement of your bump.
  • Listen in to your baby’s heartbeat (gestation dependent)
  • Dietary advice, supplements, pelvic floor exercises
  • Answer any questions you might have.
  • Prepare a birth plan
  • Ensure your preferences are acknowledged
  • Discuss next appointment

Why is Antenatal Care important

From the moment you find out you are pregnant until you give birth is called the Antenatal Care period. It is important to have support through this to provide essential monitoring of your pregnancy along with the growth and development of your baby. Your body will be going through changes and lifestyle adaptations may need to be made to reduce any risks to mother and baby eg (effects of smoking, alcohol, soft cheese on the fetus).
